Savannah's Shop Local Challenge: August 29-31
Local: it makes cents!
On Labor Day Weekend, residents and visitors of Savannah are being challenged to support locally-owned businesses.
The goal of the event is to raise awareness and appreciation of the importance of your business to the health and vitality of our historic community. The Shop Local Challenge will do this by encouraging citizens and visitors to primarily support locally-owned businesses on the weekend of August 29-31, 2008
We want to help Savannah become a city of conscious citizens and not nameless consumers.
